Add the 'Batch Updater' to the Selection list interface.

Currently there is a "batch updater" on the purchase order interface that allows you to apply the following to one or more line items

# of Copies
Owning Branch
Copy Location
Collection Code
Fund
Circ Modifier
or Distribution formula

We would like the ability to batch update funds etc. in the batch updater on selection lists just like it is on purchase order. Having to edit each line item individually on the selection list negatively impacts workflow.

Marking as a duplicate of bug 1463166 since the batch updated was added to selection lists through that code.
