General Mailing List signup page broken link

http://libmail.georgialibraries.org/mailman/listinfo/open-ils-general

There is a link in the line that says
There are also several other Evergreen discussion lists for technical discussions, documentation, and commits.
The link points to http://evergreen-ils.org/listserv.php which no longer exists.

None of the other mailing lists include that line and link, so maybe the simplest thing would be to remove the whole line. I think that most people would get to the list signup page from http://evergreen-ils.org/communicate/mailing-lists/ so a link back to it isn't needed.
