Action Trigger: Admin GUI name gets truncated when colon present

EG 2.8.2

When the name field of an action trigger event definition includes a colon (:), the gui only displays the part of the name field before the colon.

There are several default event definitions with names that look like
"Email Notice: Acquisition Request Rejected."
"Email Notice: Acquisition Request created."
"Email Notice: Patron Acquisition Request marked Cancelled."

But in the GUI they all show up as having the name
"Email Notice"

So either colon's should not be allowed in name fields, or whatever is clearing the data after the colon should be fixed.

This was made moot by the Angular Action Trigger interface; adjusting status accordingly.
