Bug Description
The itemized list of fines that displays to patrons in My Opac indicates (fines accruing) for all items that have not been returned. Items that have been marked Lost or have reached the maximum fine also display the (fines accruing) message. This display is misleading to patrons.

Confirmed in version 2.8.1. I would like to add that, I tested this by marking an item lost. The Date Returned column is displaying "fines accruing." However, the Balance Owed did appropriately update to the new billing cost (based on my library settings).
