Bug Description
Launchpad bug 1440148 fixes a discrepancy in the display vs. count of checked out items:

An option is really needed here so that inclusion of Long Overdue items in the patron's view of items out can be based on how LONG OVERDUE is implemented in the local installation.
A fix could either be based on existing org unit settings related to LONG OVERDUE, or create new settings that apply to the opac display.
