Bug Description

Evergreen 2.8, affects all versions.

This is related to bug #1050596.

Telephony script Open-ILS/src/asterisk/pbx-daemon/eg-pbx-allocator.pl uses XML-RPC to communicate with Evergreen servers. It makes a single API call:

open-ils.justintime.events.revalidate

As with other XML-RPC clients, the "-" should be replaced with "__" for compatibility with modern Perl XML-RPC libraries.
