Clicking message button doesn't return you to message list

Bug Description

Evergreen release: 2.8

If you are reading the text of a message and then click the message button in the patron dashboard, the link retains the message id, thereby keeping the user on the message they are reading. Expected behavior is that they would be returned to the list of messages.
