Bug Description
A Holds Alias can be stored in patrons' records to be printed on hold slips when libraries are using public holds shelf.
Currently the alias can only be set by a staff member in the client. Patrons should have the ability to create or edit his/her holds alias while logged into the opac.
A uniqueness constraint should also be added to the holds alias to prevent more than one patron from choosing the same one.
