Documentation: Best-hold selection Sort Order options

The various order options should be described in the "Best-Hold Selection Sort Order" pages of the documentation.

There is nothing that describes what pprox, aprox, priority does other than some text in the screenshot. I think this should be expanded upon with some example scenarios to help someone get up to speed on the feature faster, and so it is indexed for searching.

This is marginally better than it was but could still benefit from clearer end-user explanation. I don't have the tuits now to assign myself, but I'll try to keep it on my radar for when I do have said tuits.
