Bug Description

While running the 0905.schema.use_current_normalize_heading.sql upgrade script on my development system against production data, it dies with the following error:

psql:/home/opensrf/Evergreen/Open-ILS/src/sql/Pg/upgrade/0905.schema.use_current
_normalize_heading.sql:111: ERROR: cannot ALTER TABLE "record_entry" because it
 has pending trigger events

Looks like the script is trying to alter a table after altering data that affects this table.

I'll look into it and post a branch shortly.
