Bug Description

* Evergreen master

While it is possible to get access to the raw MARCXML for an authority record through a URL like https://laurentian.concat.ca/opac/extras/supercat/retrieve/marcxml/authority/100, this is arguably not a particularly useful web interface for humans or many machines. For example, if we link from a local $0 in a controlled field in a bibliographic record to https://laurentian.concat.ca/opac/extras/supercat/retrieve/marcxml/authority/100, most machines and humans won't know what to do with that.

It would be much nicer to provide one or more web interfaces; possibilities include:

* a simple HTML page per authority record marked up with schema.org and links out to external authority sources such as id.loc.gov, MeSH, VIAF, ORCID, etc, and links to the corresponding bibliographic records controlled by that authority

* a simple authority browse interface that, given a few characters, quickly returns matching authority records--which could then be used both in Evergreen's metadata editor as well as in external systems (such as institutional repositories), positioning the Evergreen ILS at the centre of a given institution's controlled metadata operations
