TPAC: Add "show more details" config.tt2 parameter to show more record details in search results by default

Back in commit 8068d3389 we accidentally introduced part of an enhancement that enables sites to either enable the "Show more details in search results" by default, or to turn on the detailed search results and hide the UI widget entirely.

This bug introduces the rest of the code necessary to complete that enhancement, which we understand is desired by a number of sites.

I made one minor tweak to this because the commits in the branch introduced the config.tt2 setting twice, so I removed one of the entries to avoid confusion. I accidentally set it in the first entry and didn't see the second one, so it got overridden by the following entry instead of taking the first I set.
