Using the 007 Physical Characteristics Wizard strips info from existing 007 fields

Bug Description
I have found that if there is already an 007 field in a record, when you add another 007 to the record and use the 007 wizard to set up the field, then the contents of the existing 007 field are stripped. You are left with a completely blank 007 field plus the new field set up as selected with the wizard. This is problematic since the 007 is a repeatable field. It is desirable for existing 007 fields to be unaffected by using the wizard for a new field.
I used the flat text editor to add the additional 007 to the record, but then switched over to the wizard to set it up. This bug may be somewhat related to bug 1203792.
I am in Evergreen Indiana. We on 2.7.2

I can confirm this behavior in Evergreen version 2.8.1.
