Bug Description

* Evergreen master

Per bug # 1046149, we added a script that will generate the contents of the opac/parts/relators.tt2 file to provide more granular credits for added entries that have relator codes. However, we haven't run that script since 2013, and there are a number of new relator codes, along with some revisions to the existing relator terms.

I've pushed a commit to http://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=working/Evergreen.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/user/dbs/lp1407507_update_relator_codes that updates relators.tt2 accordingly.

If there's a guide for release leads, running this script as part of the release process might be a good addition.

Specifically, for release leads, I could see this step occurring prior to beta cuts, in order to give some time for translations to be added for new entries for relator terms. I'm not sure if this can be automated as part of make_release script. Maybe a new flag option or something. Hmm...

Otherwise, looks fine. Will test and push the change along before 2.8 beta. Thanks Dan!

Note that committing the change to master now will give translators the ability to have a head start on translating the new and changed terms. Given that it's been a long time, I'd recommend that as a catch up, then starting to run the script as part of the regular release process.

More translation lead time is a good idea.

Tested fine (I checked for one that changed, namely "Author of screenplay" to "Screenwriter" and that worked), so I pushed this to master for good justice. Thanks Dan!
