Creator and Editor field on the Authority records are not stamping the correct user ID number when creating new Authority records with Create and Edit option.
Bring up a record in the marc editor. Right click on tag 100 , subfield a and choose "Create new Authority from this field -> Create and Edit. Make changes and save the new authority record. The database is stamping the Creator and Editor fields with the admin user ID number. When you choose Create new Authority from this field -> Create Immediately the new record is stamped correctly with the users ID number.

Confirmed in 2.12.2. When I use the "Create and Edit" workflow, authority. record_ entry.creator and authority. record_ entry.editor are set to 1. When I use the "Create immediately" workflow, these two fields are set to my usr.id.
