Bug Description

Evergreen 2.6+

Circulations which are anonymized (action.aged_circulation) as a result of the user purge functionality (Patron -> Other -> Delete Patron Account) do not contain the users's post code value.

The circ aging process gets the "usr_post_code" value by inspecting the mailing/billing address on the user, but those fields are set to NULL during patron purge before the user's circulations are deleted (aged).

Batch circ anonymization via action.purge_circulations() does not have the same issue.

Confirming this bug. We are on 2.6.2 and our action.aged_circulation table contains ~60,000 rows solely resulting from deleting patron accounts. action.all_circulation.usr_post_code is NULL in every row.

Gah, apparently the upgrade script (number 0901) was lost during commit work and this did not actually make it into the targeted milestones.

Reassigning to the next maintenance releases.... sorry folks.
