Viewing Patron Holds in staff client causes error when hold is for a part that is no longer in the DB

Patron places a part level hold. Time passes and that part is deleted from DB. Loading that patron's hold's UI will result in an opensrf exception.
This probably can't happen for the other hold types because asset.copy rows are never removed. Same for biblio.
The staff client should trap this error and be able to deal with the situation.
