Bug Description

On Ubuntu 14.04 (automake 1.14.1), I'm seeing the following output when doing 'autoreconf -i':

libtoolize: Consider adding `AC_CONFIG_MACRO_DIR([m4])' to and
libtoolize: rerunning libtoolize, to keep the correct libtool macros in-tree.
libtoolize: Consider adding `-I m4' to ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS in warning: AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE: two- and three-arguments forms are deprecated. For more info, see:

This a similar issue as that described in Launchpad Bug #1272937 currently opened for the OpenSRF project.
