Bug Description
On Ubuntu 14.04 (automake 1.14.1), I'm seeing the following output when doing 'autoreconf -i':
libtoolize: Consider adding `AC_CONFIG_
libtoolize: rerunning libtoolize, to keep the correct libtool macros in-tree.
libtoolize: Consider adding `-I m4' to ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS in Makefile.am.

This a similar issue as that described in Launchpad Bug #1272937 currently opened for the OpenSRF project.
