Remove checkbox in front of "Hold was not successfully placed"

Bug Description

On 2.6 Staff Client

This is not a serious issue. But I found it's odd to have a checbox in front the "Hold was not successfully placed", when a hold fails. The options are Submit to Override or Cancel to abort. It doesn't seem the checkbox is needed here. But it makes some difference. If you de-select it and click Submit, the screen is re-directed to the Record Details screen as on OPAC as logged in by the staff client's login account. (When a hold can't be overridden, there is no response. Staff may try alternative ways.)

I believe the checkbox is for when multiple holds are attempted (say, from a bookbag) and you would want to be able to choose which hold(s) to attempt to override.

Makes sense. But it very unlikely happens on the staff client.

Maybe the issue that needs attention is the no response on clicking Submit, when overriding is unsuccessful.

Still visible in staff TPAC as of 3.6, but the Angular Staff Catalog rewrites this interface and no longer has this issue. Since the latter is the default going forward I'm marking this Won't Fix.
