Bug Description

Currently, authority control and bib-auth linking in Evergreen supports a one MARC tag to one MARC tag (and one subfield to one subfield) type of linking/control.

We can have situations where an authorized heading comes from combined 1xx/240 fields. Snippets of MARC records provided below.

Bib A:
=100 0\$aMartial.
=240 10$aEpigrammata.$lEnglish & Latin.$kSelections

Auth A:
=100 0\$aMartial.$tEpigrammata.$kSelections.$lEnglish & Latin

In short, Bib A needs to be linked to and controlled by Auth A. There is no current code to support the control/linking in this scenario.

I don't have the right data set to test this one, but I'm curious if this is still a thing.

Adding cataloging tag because I know CWG keeps an eye on that tag.

I still believe this would be a good feature to have.
