Record Summary doesn't fully display on some screens when merging

Evergreen Indiana, 2.5
In the Merge display, the Record Summary is Left justified, which is nice, but depending on the screen size, not all of the record summary displays. The frame with the record summary is not resizable or scrollable, so the bottom of it just gets cut off on some monitors/with some display settings.
The last couple of data points in the record summary are Last edited on and Last edited by, which can be useful to know when you're merging.
Developers usually have nice, new, big monitors and I think sometimes forget their librarian end users making do with old, small screens. (Sometimes even CRT!)
