Bug Description
Evergreen master, 2.6.4
Registered a new patron record which included data matching existing records. Clicked the "Found patrons with same phone number" link in the patron reg screen. Matching records displayed as expected in a new Patron Search tab.
However, clicking the "clear form" button does not clear the search values supplied by the patron reg matches. If the values are manually cleared, clicking "clear form" will bring them back.
This behavior does not happen when manually entering search values.

This bug no longer happens in the Web client 3.0, according to my testing.
