Bug Description
Evergreen 2.6.0
Claim Policy Actions (Admin --> Server Administration --> Acquisitions --> Claims Policy Actions) do not scope to context org units. I’m not sure if the lack of scope is adversely affecting any libraries out there. However, libraries have the ability to select a context org unit for the other portions of the Acquisitions claiming setup. So, also scoping the claim policy actions would at least provide consistency.
