unified editor display glitch with Owning Lib

Bug Description
When editing one or more items with the unified volume/item editor, the item pane shows blank values in its Owning Lib : Call Number section. That section is disabled by design when in unified editor mode (or when editing a pre-cat), but it should still be either displaying the call number labels or hiding itself completely (since the information is redundant with the volume pane above).

Webby takes a different approach to displaying call numbers in the volume/copy editor. I'm marking this one as fixedinwebby.
