Troubleshooting PO JEDI documentation needs updating

The troubleshooting PO JEDI documentation at http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.6/_troubleshooting.html is no longer necessary now that the stock PO JEDI template uses the SAN. However, we should add a statement suggesting that people update their template to what is available in the most recent code. The template changes were never included in an upgrade script to prevent any breakage of custom templates, and pre-2.3 Evergreen system are unlikely to have the latest template.
