Legacy Stat Cat fields in reporter.classic_item_list need to be links, not text

Bug #1310619 reported by Chris Sharp
This bug affects 1 person
Affects Status Importance Assigned to Milestone

Bug Description

The reporter.classic_item_list view includes Legacy Stat Cat 1 and Legacy Stat Cat 2 fields, which were defined in fm_IDL.xml as "text" fields. However, since reports need the ability to include/exclude null values for these fields, they need to be links, not text, which just reports out the ID number of the asset.stat_cat anyway (not much use to the end user).

Branch to fix this issue:

Evergreen 2.5.1
OpenSRF 2.2.1
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
PostgreSQL 9.1

After a quick check with Mike Rylander, I amended my above branch to make LEFT JOIN the default behavior, since not all copies are mapped to legacy stat cats.

Pushed to master, rel_2_7 and rel_2_6. Minor commit alterations to add csharp's signoff author line and also the proper LP# for tracking purposes.
