Relator terms should be separate from contributor name

Bug Description

* Evergreen master

Currently, a 700 field with $a Shortall, Leonard W., $e ill. is rendered in the HTML of the catalogue as follows:

<span property="name" about="#schemacontrib2">Shortall, Leonard W., ill.</span>

Of course, "ill." is not actually part of the contributor's name; it is the relator term that describes the nature of the contribution of that person to the work, but we are currently asserting (incorrectly) it is part of the contributor's name.

What we do for relator codes ($4) is move it into a separate <span property="description"> tag.

We should take the same approach for $e relator subfields.

Hmm. Turns out this is not actually a problem with current master, but simply a problem with whatever version is displayed at http://demo.evergreencatalog.com (2.5 maybe?)
