Documentation for resetting staff client passwords (e.g. Admin)

The password for the staff client is set when building the database. If the password is lost, it can also be set or reset in the database. For this I added documentation in /docs/admin and Yamil approved of it (DIG).

Works for latest stable.

Do you have a preference of where within the documentation you want to see this information listed. Like between what sections? One of us at DIG can decide that too, but I wondered what you thought.

For the record, your documentation will not show up in the docs unless we edit the /docs/root.txt file and point to it with syntax like..

include::admin/staff_client-password_reset.txt[]

or if you or DIG copies your content into another file that is referenced within root.txt

I haven't had a chance to look where it should go, but you or someone from DIG needs to make a quick decision before it actually shows up.

This documentation bug has been fixed by the following two commits, though I need to back-port them to 2.6 and maybe even 2.5.
