Bug Description

Evergreen versions 2.4.6 and 2.5.2

To recreate this, you need to first make sure that you either have many streams for one distribution set up or (at least) one stream each for several distributions.

Within the Issuances tab of the ASCV’s subscription details, select an issuance that you want to add item information (click the link of the Issuance located in the Label column). This will take you to the Items screen.

In the Items screen, click New Items.
A “Create New Items” window will open.
In the “How many items?” field, enter the number of items that you need.
In the Stream dropdown menu, select a stream.
For the purposes of this recreation, you can skip Date Expected, Date Received, and Status.
Click Create.
The copies will be created for that one stream.
Now, when the user needs to set up copies for a different stream, the following occurs:
Click on New Items again.
You can enter as many items that you need in the “How many items?” field. However, only the last Stream that you selected will be showing in the Stream dropdown option.
To clear out this Stream dropdown and once again reveal all of your streams, you must close out the “Create New Items” window. Then, click Reload (located at the upper left-hand side of the Items screen).
Please note: clicking the Refresh Grid button will not clear this out.
Once you Reload the screen, you can then click on the New Items button and observe that all of the streams are once again available in the dropdown option.

Thank you!
