Wishlist: Notifications of items currently checked out

Functionality is needed to generate email and print notifications on demand to a specified group of patrons with items out regardless of when the items are due.

Use case:

In an academic library, the semester is drawing to a close. A notification emailed to each student listing items still checked out is extremely helpful in getting materials back prior to students leaving campus.

For this case, the patrons would be identified by permission group, and the notifications would include information from open transactions associated with each patron.

These should be generated on demand so that libraries could send notifications when they feels it's necessary, for example, two weeks prior to the last day of finals, then one week prior to the last day of finals, etc.
