Remove "OK" screen message from SIP2 patron information response

Bug Description
Many selfchecks either inform the patron that they have a message or pop up the message on the screen without prompting when a screen message is included in the patron information response on SIP2.
As far as I can tell, the "OK" was originally more of a "lets make sure screen messages are working" thing than anything else, and at this point is misleading and/or annoying to patrons using selfchecks.
The branch below removes it as the field doesn't require a value to begin with.
