Possible feature request:
As of version 2.4, it is not possible to apply a new cancel reason to a line item in a PO.
Use case: a title has been backordered by the vendor and the cancel reason "backordered", which keeps debits, is applied to the lineitem. Later the item is permanently cancelled by the vendor. Currently, there is not an elegant way to release the debits from the encumbrances on the fund. The ability to apply a new cancel reason might be one way to solve this issue.
