Legacy Record Entry Dropdown List Does Not Scope to Bib Record Specific MFHD

Thanks to Lebbeous for helping me out with this!
When creating a distribution in the Serials module and selecting a legacy record entry, knowing which MFHD statement (a.k.a. holding or record) option to choose from within the dropdown menu is not always intuitive for end users. It would be great to have the Legacy Record Entry dropdown options limited, or scoped, to the MFHD statements that relate to the bib record that the user is creating the distribution for in the staff client. It would also be great to see these Legacy Record Entry options represented in an alternate way, rather than (or in addition to) the MFHD record’s ID.

The Serial Control view seems to get this right. It scopes to the OU and provides a label is the same as the one in the "Edit MFHD" menu. Providing the exact same menu in the alternate serial control view would make the menu usable there as well.
