reporter needs a "staff working location" source

Bug Description

Sometime around Evergreen 1.4, staff users were given "working locations" which determine the location of where permissions are scoped. This also allows staff members who consider their home library to be another Evergreen organizational unit to have a different working location assigned. There are some staff activity tracking reports that are currently only able to use the user's home library to determine the location to which a staff member belongs. Unfortunately, the reporter does not include a source and/or link to a staff member's working location. This is a need for our libraries and I believe other community members would benefit as well.

Evergreen 2.3.6
OpenSRF 2.1.2
PostgreSQL 9.1
Ubuntu 12.04
