support distinct pop-up images for holds, transits, and hold transits

I posted a working branch at:

This changes the references to turtle.gif in util.js to three new images holdshelf.png, reserve.png, and transit.png. There are 3 images provided as well created by Christine Morgan of NOBLE.

I have this running on our production system currently.
