Bug Description

Evergreen 2.3.3

This issue came up as a result of libraries buying DVD/Blue-Ray combo packs and NOT splitting them apart. The MARC record has more than one 007 field describing the format (at least one for the DVD and one for the Blu-Ray).

In searching for the combo packs, a search would only be successful for the format whose 007 field appeared first. (In other words, if the 007 for DVD was first, it would show up in a DVD search but not in a Blu-Ray search.)

This has been described as a known limitation in the SVF approach and that the solution is an MVF approach.
