Bug Description

The language codes in config.coded_value_map are not up-to-date. For example, The Croatian (scr) and Serbian (scc) codes are now deprecated, and new codes are "hrv" and "srp", respectively. The list is also missing eg. Karelian (krl)

Just a note that it would be nice to bring in the URIs for these languages into config.coded_value_map.concept_uri as well.

This list also has multiple values for some languages which results in some languages displaying twice. If this duplication is necessary it would be good for some backend solution that would search for both but only display it once.
