Records with a significant number of copies that contain parts load extremely slow in tpac.

Through local tests, we've determined that the number of copies on its own does not significantly impact performance. A record with a 1,000 non-part copies will load in a reasonable timeframe. It seems to be the retrieval of parts that is causing the major slowdown.
