Vandelay Import Item Attributes "Keep" field does nothing

As documented in http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.4/_importing_materials_in_the_staff_client.html the "Keep" field is meant to indicate whether the holdings MARC tags should be kept or removed during record import (with holdings). However, this field does nothing and there is no code to drive it. The field should be implemented as described or removed from the UI and docs.

For testers: The "Import Item Attributes" tab is now called "Holdings Import Profiles".

Resolved a minor merge conflict and rebased against current master with a new working branch at user/kmlussier/lp1177794_remove_keep_vl_field.

I still plan to test it, but I was pulled away for a bit.

Works for me. Merged to master and backported to release 2.12 and 2.11.
