Bug Description
We have 100+ report templates in our reports module and library staff find it difficult to remember or find a report template that they run only once a month. If we could save reports to a 'favorites' list based on login it may help to remedy the situation.

We train our library staff to clone the reports they use frequently to their own folders in order to accommodate this need. It's not a particularly intuitive process, so it does require training - I'm in favor of any improvements to reporting that will make it easier to understand and use.
