action trigger database strings not marked for translation

All inserts into action_trigger.hook, action_trigger.validator, action_trigger.cleanup in 400.schema.action_trigger.sql are not marked for translation.

Neither those, nor action_trigger.reactor inserts will be picked into po-files, as they're not in 950.data.seed-values.sql
