Bug Description

If the numbering of serial issue increments continuously it happened to us that only the first of two received issues of the volume was displayed in OPAC holding summary however the call numbers and copies in the copy summary were displayed correctly (i. e. both copies of both received issues were displayed O.K.)
When both enumeration and chronology caption is used in the pattern code the display is correct. When it uses either enumeration or chronology caption, only the first issue of the volume is displayed in holding summary in OPAC.
We use Evergreen version 2.2.2. Holding summary of serials which issuances restart at unit completion are displayed correctly.

Details of the case and description of pattern code can be found in OPEN-ILS-GENERAL discussion list (sent 2/19/2013, from: <email address hidden>, subject: OPAC- serial holding summary display).
