Bug Description
When a search in tpac times out, users receive a message saying that no entries were found for the entered search terms. This message is misleading, causing users and staff to believe that the library doesn't own anything matching the search terms when, in fact, they may have several items.
In a perfect world, our systems would quickly retrieve results before a time out occurs or users would not enter overly broad searches that lead to time outs, but, unfortunately, they do occur. The "no entries were found" message creates some frustration among users or staff who do not understand why the catalog can't retrieve results for titles that are on their shelves.
