TPAC fails randomly, either has no css style or with Internal Server Error

If browsing to OPAC, the apache error log occasionally shows the page but with no CSS style or shows just internal server error, and apache error log shows:

egweb: Context Loader error: Can't locate object method "search_actor_org_unit" via package "OpenILS::Utils::CStoreEditor" at /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2/OpenILS/WWW/EGCatLoader/Util.pm line 100.

Both OpenSRF and EG the repo heads.

If using staff client (eg. search the catalog), the same symptoms, and the apache error log shows:

egweb: Context Loader error: Can't locate object method "wsid" via package "au" at /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2/OpenILS/WWW/EGCatLoader.pm line 268.

Please provide steps to cause the above to happen. I have not experienced this.

I wish I knew how to make it happen. I don't even know how to start debugging this. Could it be connected to

I'm an idiot.

This was my own fault; I was restarting apache before starting EG.
