Bug Description

The reports-page mangles UTF-8 characters, screenshot illustrates the problem. Can be easily tested with eg. Russian. (The screenshot uses Finnish)

As a workaround, we're now setting intl.charset.default to UTF-8 (either via about:config, or prefs.js)

Fix in user/paxed/lp1092018 - It sets the reports UI xhtml files' Content-Type charset in the apache vhost conf.

Tested this in a recent master and I cannot see any issue with how the reports page shows Russian or Chinese characters in the title and description. I don't think this is an issue anymore.

The issue isn't with displaying attributes of the templates, reports, or output, but with the underlying reports pages themselves (when translated to a non-Latin-1 language). I've reproduced the issue, and am testing the patch.
