Bug Description
From the list of JSPAC Features Missing from TPAC at http://
No grey (or gray) bibs in the staff client. In JSPAC, records without copies displayed in a grey band. There is no similar visible cue in tpac.

This will be very important to Evergreen Indiana. Even though they annoy staff sometimes, they are the best cue that a record doesn't have any holdings and may not be the best record to use.
