Bug Description

This is a two part wishlist item.

First, the ability to select one or more copy locations from the copy locations editor and queue them up for a merge would be fantastic. This would allow staff with the proper permissions to merge locations for various reasons (duplicates, consolidating, etc.) and this would reduce work for the DBA who currently would, most likely, have to do all of the merging on behalf of the library.

Second, the ability to select a copy location a source, and destination, location via Copy Locations Editor which would move all items in the source, to the destination copy location. Currently, staff have to use buckets, or the DBA has to run some custom SQL to move all items in a copy location to a new location. An interface for users, with permissions, to do this with a few clicks would be a big time saver for us administrators!

Just updating this old wishlist item: this is still not an option in Release 3.6, and I believe there are systems that would find this useful, including mine.
