Bug Description
Not everyone uses the alias as a "replace the entire name" field for holds (in fact, on receipt templates it is "Alias or Firstname"), so not giving any way to get the non-aliased name out makes no sense.
The branch below thus adds a small pile of additional fields for user name information to the IDL view.
Note: The user display name has been changed to never use the alias, and a new alias or display name field has been added for the previous functionality. I felt that ensuring consistent field naming was better than keeping the previous functionality in the event of fields already having been selected.
