Updated exact match in default search

Exact Match in the default Catalog search was handled differently than in the "Basic Catalog (HTML only)" search.

This is a front-end change.

Thank you for your proposed contribution to Evergreen. However, there are some things that you can do to improve the chances of your code becoming a part of the project.

Please provide more information about the problem that you branch is trying to fix.

We don't set the status to Fix Committed until the code is committed to the main Evergreen repository.

Assignment of bugs is done so that other developers will know that someone is currently either working on code or evaluating code for possible inclusion.

If you think your code is ready for inclusion into Evergreen, then please add a pullrequest tag. Other tags describing the affected areas of Evergreen would be helpful but not mandatory.

Also, for any code to be added to the main Evergreen codebase, we will need a Developer's Certificate of Origin: http://www.open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=contributing#developer_s_certificate_of_origin

And a git sign off on the code branch to be considered for inclusion.
